Please note that our goal is to keep your video production process simple and efficient. In order to achieve this, it is important for you to have your information and resources in order, prior to coming in for the video shoot. Similar to working on your Website, you need to actively ‘help create’ the desired end result.

The form below will serve as a general guideline to achieving this objective. We do offer the initial consultation for each new production or ‘project’ at no charge, so feel free to call us and tell us about your ideas and available resources, and we can give you a ‘ballpark’ estimate of what it will cost.

After the initial consultation, once we come to an understanding of what’s involved and the general costs, we can move forward on scheduling the shoot. There are a lot of details and variables involved in video productions to consider, and we can help you sort them out to reach your objective. If you want us help you put together a proposal to communicate the project to your colleagues, just let us know.

Name of company, and product or service you are marketing.
Goal or purpose of your video message and application. (e.g. to send as video e-mail, post on your Website, or both.)
Do you have a person to do the speaking or need hired talent?
Do you have any setting you would like to see in background or will you use our studio sets? (e.g. your office, car lot, sale property, etc.)
Do you have a rough draft script, final draft, or no script?
After creating a quick rough draft, read it two or three times while timing yourself at regular conversation speed. Approximately how long will your message need to be? Note: shorter messages are better, split a 5 minute message into two, 2.5 minute clips.
Do you have any digital pictures or images you would like in the video or will they need to be created? (e.g. company logos, signs, letter head.)
How would you like the end result to look to your viewing audience?
